All our consultants have previous experience working within recruitment agencies. This enables us to offer our candidates a full advisory service.
Where possible we meet all of our candidates to gain a comprehensive understanding of your career aspirations and the type of organisation you would like to work for. Once we have obtained as much information as possible we will offer you a short list of suitable clients, which we will approach on your behalf. We will never approach a client without your express permission and all of our approaches are confidential.
Once we have gained interest from a client we will help you in the following areas; interview preparation, interview feedback, negotiating offer and acceptance.
However this is just the start of our service. Once you start your in your new position your consultant is always available to offer independent advice to ensure you are a success. As you progress through your organisation we will be on hand to assist you as you hire your own staff.
